1. Where do I mount my feeder in a screened enclosure?
Find a spot 3/4 of the way up either side of the enclosure and mount it with enough room for your lizard or chameleon to climb on top of the feeder.
2. How do I get dubias and other bugs to climb the screen inside the feeder if they hide in the bottom of the feeder cup?
Bend one end of a paperclip and push it into a piece of carrot or sweet potato and stick it into the center of the plastic screen inside the feeder.
3. What size feeder cup do I need?
If you have a veiled or Panther chameleon, I recommend using a large 4″ diameter feeder as they like to climb in and even sleep in the feeders.
4. How do I mount the bearded dragon feeder cups?
Set them on the floor of your glass or PVC enclosure and push them against a side wall, pushing the suction cup against the wall. Thoroughly clean the suction cup and the wall prior to mounting.
5. How long does shipping take?
When you order, if your feeder cup is in stock it usually ships the same day. If you order one that isn’t in stock, it might take 2 days or so to carve and finish your feeder. It depends on how busy we are, but typically they ship out within a day or two.
6. What is your return policy?
We take pride in our work and we make sure that you’re picking the right feeder prior to shipping. If there’s an issue with your feeder, please let us know. If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right immediately. We cannot resell your feeder after you’ve used it, so we can’t buy back your feeder if you don’t like it. Each feeder is hand carved and hand painted and take us about an hour and a half of work to create. That’s why we make sure by sending you a picture prior to shipping, that the feeder is exactly as you like it.
7. What are your feeders made from and are they safe?
Our feeder cups are hand carved from brand new PVC pipe. They’re painted entirely with Acrylic paint and we also use hot glue to secure the screen bottoms. Everything we use is completely reptile safe.
